Shiraz is Gandrake Enterprises' Director of Intelligence. He's a disturbing, quiet, cat-like cyborg who works for the Gonin. Despite his calm, polite looks, he's a ruthless, bloody killer, and possibly a cannibal (based on his threat to Musashi). He tries to revive the Temple of the Ancients where the Sword of Void is kept, ultimately "sacrificing" Clochette in order to do so.
In the end, he ends up becoming the second-in-command to Rothschild as the latter takes over Gandrake.
